Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Srividyayatra Travel & Temple Tours, we value your trust and aim to provide the best spiritual travel experiences. Below are our cancellation and refund guidelines:

1. Cancellation by Customer

• Cancellations made 7 days before the tour date: 90% refund.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Company

If the tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, government restrictions, etc.), customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
